The H Series Regenerative Charging and Discharging System is designed for large-scale battery maintenance in EV factories, 4S stores, and battery storage facilities. This advanced system supports high-power lithium battery packs across a wide voltage range, ensuring safe and efficient charging and discharging. Utilizing regenerative discharge technology, it prevents additional heat generation, making the testing process both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Bidirectional Energy Feedback – The system ensures energy can flow in both directions, automatically adjusting the energy transfer process. During battery maintenance, excess energy is fed back to the three-phase power grid, achieving a DC bus efficiency of ≥93%, significantly reducing power consumption and cooling costs.
High-Power Isolation Transformer – The entire system is electrically isolated from the grid, ensuring fast current conversion without overshoot, enhancing stability and reliability.

DCIR Impedance Testing – Conducts real-time load impedance analysis within milliseconds, accurately detecting unstable battery cells and identifying potential performance issues.
Voltage Clamping Protection – During charging, voltage can be clamped at a predefined level to prevent damage to the battery management system (BMS) or protection boards in case of faults.
ECD & EVD Battery Protection – Automatically identifies and isolates faulty or non-compliant battery cells, preventing unsafe charging or discharging operations.
